This collection includes 13 years of the magazine 'Economisch Profiel" (Economic Profile). This magazine is the prequel of "Modus: statistisch magazine".
The purpose of this publication was to provide a cross-section of the Antillean economy, with the emphasis on tracking short-term developments. Efforts are made to achieve this goal by displaying monthly developments for as broad a range of relevant indicators as possible. Economisch profiel was a monthly magazine. The following indicators were included in every edition: tourism, economic activity, labourmarket, development of the price level, monetary sector.
